WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a Brand Manager, Incubator – Global who will support with the management of integrated, 360-degree brand campaigns from initial strategy through to global launch.
This is a three day in office hybrid role, based out of our Liberty Village office.
PAY RANGEThe anticipated base salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE- Support the NPD program from concept to launch, ensuring all stage-gate deliverables and launch-readiness standards are met
- Partner with leadership to establish global operational plans and execute go-to- market strategies for new brands, products, and activities
- Support the creation of “always-on” playbooks and dedicated campaign pulses for hero products and best-sellers
- Write strategically sound creative briefs from a blank page for the internal Design team, covering video, educational graphics, and paid digital assets
- Act as a guardian for brand identity; proofread video scripts and campaign copy to uphold a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Support brand moments for Incubator, synthesizing market inputs from Regional Brand Leads, Digital, Retail, and Scientific teams into coherent global plans
- Present campaign toolkits and strategic plans to Senior Leadership, ensuring alignment and tracking progress against business objectives
- Use analytics platforms to interpret data, set KPI targets, and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign results
- Continually gauge the competitive beauty and CPG landscape to provide insightful recommendations that keep Incubator brands best-in-class
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- 5+ years of experience in a Brand Management role with a global beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand
- Proven delivery of successful integrated, omni-channel brand campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, where priorities often shift
- Exceeds at relationship development and management of individuals in diverse departments and at differing levels of seniority
- Ability to write a strategic creative brief from a blank page
- Confident public speaker and presenter of ideas in both large and small, casual and formal settings
