We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager for an existing vacancy in the Kingston office. The successful applicant will have proven knowledge in building envelope systems to join our collaborative and fast-paced team, to lead projects from conception through completion. Position SummaryAs Project Manager, we expect you to take on the responsibility for overall project delivery of assigned building envelope projects, as well as participating as team member or project manager for projects conducted by other offices.
This hands-on role requires the ability to work independently in the investigation, inspection, and field testing of roofing systems and exterior envelopes to generate condition assessments, evaluation reports, and technical recommendations.
FSA works with a project team structure and you will be a designated Project Manager for selected FSA projects, working with an assembled project team, depending on the skills required.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract Administration & Financials:- Manage internal project budgets, schedules, invoicing, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and industry requirements in documentation and reporting. Prepare, review, and administer tender documents, contract change orders, and payment certifications, CCDC and other contract forms.
- Approve project charges and oversee sub consultant, client and contractor engagement.
Project Management & Implementation- Lead the full life cycle of building envelope projects, including scopes, proposals, and deliverables
- Develop and track project milestones, resolving issues proactively to maintain quality and timelines
- Coordinate workflow between internal teams, contractors, and consultants
- Support business development by preparing proposals and fostering strong client relationships
Inspection, Investigation & Field Work- Conduct site inspections, roof cut tests, moisture surveys, and diagnostic testing
- Collect, analyze, and document field data to assess roofing and building envelope systems
- Prepare comprehensive condition assessment reports with recommendations and repair budgets
- Verify compliance and system performance through field quality control reviews and testing protocols
Technical & Design Responsibilities- Prepare and review specifications, scopes of work, and technical drawings
