Introduction:

Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst – Non IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 7 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $56 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Core Business Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Create clear, compelling, and visually engaging executive-level decks for senior leaders, steering committees, and cross-functional forums
• Develop strategic narratives, talking points, and written communications that convey insights, recommendations, and program updates
• Maintain standard templates, visuals, and communication frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all executive materials
• Analyze key metrics, trends, and risks across the vendor and procurement lifecycle to produce actionable insights
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership review
• Conduct gap analyses, business process reviews, and workflow assessments to support program enhancement
• Provide analytical support for procurement initiatives, including supplier evaluations, cost analyses, and process optimization
• Collaborate with procurement, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with vendor risk management policies and regulatory expectations
• Support risk assessments by collecting, synthesizing, and documenting data related to vendor performance, controls, and compliance posture
• Partner with stakeholders across risk, security, technology, procurement, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into executive-ready outputs
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and ensure alignment across key initiatives

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement, vendor management, or risk management
• Analytics skill

• UX / UI knowledge
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentations
• Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel, and data storytelling
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts
