As a BDC (Business Development Centre) Representative, you play a critical role in supporting our Service Departments across multiple dealerships. You are often the first point of contact for our guests, helping to schedule service appointments, answer questions, document concerns accurately, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of care our dealerships are known for.
