Duties- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives
- Manage projects related to new product launches or service offerings, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal review and client meetings
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats
Qualifications- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
