About Alysium Tech Canada Corp.Alysium Tech Canada Corp. is expanding across the NAFTA region and is hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager / Outside Sales professional to grow new business, expand current accounts, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and can manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to purchase order.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)- Drive sales growth by increasing customer portfolio across the NAFTA region
- Increase market share within existing customers by expanding product penetration and identifying new opportunities
- Own the customer experience and ensure professional, responsive, and solution-based support
- Respond to customer inquiries, understand requirements, and provide technically aligned recommendations
- Create quotations and manage follow-ups through the sales cycle until the PO is received
- Prospect and target new potential customers via outreach, meetings, events, and planned territory activity
- Execute digital marketing campaigns using available company content (LinkedIn/email campaigns, light coordination with marketing assets)
- Maintain pipeline activity, forecasting, and KPI tracking (CRM updates, reporting cadence)
Travel & Working Style- Work-from-home (current setup) with regular travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry events
- Travel is required and is a core part of the role (valid passport recommended)
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)- 3+ years of B2B sales / outside sales / business development experience (industrial/technical sales preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close business
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person presentations)
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once (quoting + follow-ups + relationship management)
- Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Based in or near the GTA (preferred) for collaboration and regional coverage
Nice-to-Haves- Experience selling technical products (manufacturing, industrial components, electronics, cabling/connectivity, automation, etc.)
- Existing relationships across manufacturing/industrial customers in Canada/US
- CRM experience and strong sales process discipline
- Familiarity with KPI-based sales compensation structures
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary + performance bonus (bonus tied to KPI targets such as new accounts, revenue, margin, pipeline activity, and account growth)

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
