The Role: The HunterWe are not looking for "account managers" or "email marketers." We are looking for a Business Development Hunter who understands that the phone is the most powerful tool in their arsenal.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, picking up the phone, and converting cold leads into high-value Managed Service contracts. You will manage the full cycle: from the first "Hello" to the final "Sign here," supported by our technical delivery team for deep-dive solutioning.
What You’ll Do:- Drive Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling and personalized outreach to VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and QA Directors.
- Lead Nurturing: Manage a pipeline of "warm" leads, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Product Demos: Conduct high-impact demos of the AHQ platform and our TaaS (Test Automation as a Service) value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in our CRM—if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
- Close & Onboard: Navigate objections, negotiate contracts, and lead the hand-off to the AHQ Solution Delivery team.
