Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
- Translate business requirements into clear BI solutions and reporting tools
- Build and optimize data models and data visualizations
- Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring across departments
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency
- Assist in data pipeline and ETL process improvements where needed
Skills for This Role- SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Python (pandas, data analysis libraries) is an advantage
- KPI development and performance reporting
- Business analysis and stakeholder communication
- Data visualization and storytelling with data
- ETL processes and data cleaning
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
