Customer Service Manager

Walmart Canada is hiring a full-time Customer Service Manager at its Flin Flon, Manitoba store. The role leads front-end operations to support customer service, efficient store operations, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support safe work practices, security procedures, and emergency readiness.
• Resolve customer and associate concerns and coordinate front-end coverage and breaks.
• Train associates on systems, procedures, company programs, and safety requirements.
• Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, including approvals and corrections.
• Support EAS and loss-prevention procedures and maintain register controls and cash levels.
• Promote company programs, including credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

Schedule and physical requirements

Must be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves extended standing, bending, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Minimum rate of pay starts at $18.85 per hour.
