Bank of America is hiring a Global Technology Summer Analyst – Business Analyst in Toronto for its 10-week summer program. Interns work on business-critical technology needs and receive training, mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements.
• Gather and organize functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Refine requirements into specifications with development teams.
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Create and maintain end-user training materials.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between November 2027 and August 2028.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum, process improvement, project management, or technology consulting.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
