No prior automotive sales experience is required.

Training & Development (What You’ll Learn)

At Bell Auto, we don’t just hire — we develop professionals.

You will receive:

• Daily sales meetings and coaching sessions
• Weekly performance reviews and strategy meetings
• Step-by-step training on:
  • Lead generation (social media, outbound, referrals)
  • Customer communication (phone, text, email)
  • Appointment setting and follow-up systems
  • Vehicle product knowledge
  • Closing techniques and deal structuring*

Ongoing mentorship from experienced managers

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

Generate your own leads through:

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Online marketplaces (AutoTrader, Kijiji, etc.)
• Personal networking and referrals*

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Respond to inbound dealership leads quickly and professionally
• Qualify customers and book appointments
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features
• Assist customers through the full purchasing process
• Present warranties, protection packages, and add-ons

CRM & Follow-Up

• Track all customer interactions using CRM (DealerSocket or similar)
• Follow structured follow-up processes
• Maintain organization and pipeline discipline
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Strong communicators (in person and over phone/text)

Requirements

• OMVIC License (Mandatory)
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
• Sales experience is an asset but NOT required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to work weekdays and weekends

Compensation & Growth

• Commission-based structure (uncapped earnings)
• Realistic earnings potential: $50,000 – $150,000+
• Performance bonuses and incentives
• No cap on income — your effort determines your results
