We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
• Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to enhance customer engagement
• Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
• Assist customers with product selection, offering technical or product knowledge as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
• Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are highly desirable
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers through product demos
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $17.85 per hour
