We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Handle cash and Debit payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
• Balancing Register at shift change
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean checkout area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
• Cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing tables, chairs, counters.
• Sweeping and mopping the dining room area.
• Low to Moderate level of lifting.
• Support inventory management by restocking food as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Working in a team and following leadership
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash management and change calculation.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
