Join a locally owned and operated Shoppers Drug Mart store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services while keeping customers at the centre of everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, and maintain an organized checkout area.
• Accurately scan or enter product data and process cash, coupons, lottery transactions, and PC Optimum transactions.
• Ask customers for their PC Optimum card during each transaction.
• Complete required documentation for customer receipts and returns.
• Merchandise and maintain designated areas, including facing, signing, and labelling.
• Follow loss-prevention standards and control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
• Follow uniform, health and safety, store policy, housekeeping, and image standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and register skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to maintain records.
• Able to balance teamwork and efficiency when processing customer orders.

Compensation and benefits

Hiring range: $17.95–$19.65 per hour. Pay may reflect a candidate’s experience, knowledge, and the position’s geographic region. Benefits include a purchase discount program, flexible and varied schedules, competitive pay, and online learning.
