We’re looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our team. From weddings to corporate events and luxury celebrations, you’ll be the face of our venue and the key to turning inquiries into booked events.
What You’ll Do- Respond to and manage incoming inquiries (email, phone, walk-ins) with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct venue tours and confidently showcase our spaces to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them from inquiry to booking
- Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing, and packages
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed events
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event planning
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales activity
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up to date with wedding and event trends to better serve clients
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or banquet hall sales
- Strong sales mindset with proven ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, polished, and professional in client-facing situations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends required)
- Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools is an asset
- Bonus: Social media knowledge and understanding of the wedding/events industry
