Position OverviewScholars of Langley Willoughby is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to lead Centre Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily centre functions, including scheduling, financial administration, and curriculum coordination. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, support centre growth, and ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations- Manage day-to-day business operations of the centre
- Handle new inquiries, student assessments, enrollments, and parent conferences
- Monitor student progress and oversee the delivery of goal-based learning programs
- Meet operational and growth goals established with the Centre Director
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, school administrators, parent organizations, case managers, and community partners
Staff Management- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative centre culture
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard staff in alignment with Scholars’ teaching methodologies
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Lead staff meetings and professional development workshops to ensure consistency in instructional practices
- Promote staff morale and maintain professional standards across the centre
Customer Service & Curriculum Support- Provide exceptional customer service to families and students
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding student progress and program updates
- Create and sustain a positive learning environment for students, parents, and staff
- Oversee and schedule student programs effectively
- Anticipate and respond promptly to the needs and expectations of parents, students, and case managers

Education & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Minimum of one year of tutoring experience (required)
- Sales or customer service experience (required)
Language Requirements- English (required)
