Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. We have an exciting opportunity within our Claims OPL Change Management team! Our team strives to promote, deploy and monitor best practices and major change initiatives by providing training, tools, data, support and coaching to the business. We aim to provide an integrated view of all initiatives while highlighting changes and impacts on stakeholders in an interactive way.
The Business Advisor will work collaboratively with their change management colleagues and with claims stakeholders in tracking & monitoring the change effort nationally, providing insight into the amount of change activity, and implementing change management initiatives or transformational projects.
What you’ll do here:- Ensure the accurate tracking of change activities, large and small and leverage current tools to provide insight back to the business;
- Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to be shared with various levels of management;
- Work closely with change management colleagues to perform stakeholder and impact analysis in partnership with business partners;
- Work with the business and change management colleagues to prepare and coordinate change management plans and strategies;
- Liaise with key people in other sectors affected by the changes made;
- Work in collaboration with Communications and Training regarding internal communication, information and mobilization activities, as well as the development of training equipment and post deployment coordination;
- Participate in project meetings, workshops and other activities where the presence of the Business Advisor is required;
