The CDP will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times, including proper storage and temperature control
- Support the restaurant’s service by serving dishes promptly and accurately when needed
Requirements- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
