All Seasons Chiropractic is a well-established, busy chiropractic clinic in Steinbach. We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant – Front Desk Support to join our team in a structured, supportive role.
This position is best suited to someone who already has experience functioning in a professional workplace environment and is comfortable following established systems, scripts, and workflows. While training is provided, this role is not intended as a first job or student position.
ABOUT THE ROLEThe Chiropractic Assistant – Front Desk Support works in a supportive capacity alongside the Business Manager at the front desk. Primary responsibility for front desk operations, decision-making, and complex issues remains with the Business Manager.
This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day execution, patient flow, and administrative support. There is opportunity to grow into a higher-level position over time, based on demonstrated competence, reliability, and alignment with office culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Greeting patients upon arrival and assisting with patient flow
- Directing patients into treatment rooms
- Cleaning and resetting treatment rooms between patients
- Entering patient information into diagnostic systems and readying systems for doctor use
- Assisting with payment collection and basic transaction processing
- Booking patient appointments
- Entering data and scanning documents into electronic health records system
- Preparing patient forms and readying patient charts as directed
- Photocopying, filing, and general clerical support
- Assisting with end-of-day and end-of-week cash balancing and bank deposits
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and clinic environment
- Performing administrative tasks as delegated by the Business Manager
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS- Strong English proficiency is required, including the ability to speak clearly with patients, understand spoken instructions, and read and write professional notes and correspondence accurately.
- Previous experience in a professional workplace environment (medical, administrative, customer-facing, or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Administrative or Medical Office Assistant training is an asset)
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to follow structured processes and written instructions accurately
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate data entry, strong keyboarding speed and proficiency, and basic math skills (testing will be required)
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
- Comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner
WORK SCHEDULEThis is a full-time salaried position (approximately 35 hours per week) with a consistent but non-traditional schedule designed around patient care. While total weekly hours remain consistent, minor adjustments to daily start or end times may occur based on patient care needs.
Regular Weekly Hours:
Monday: 6:00am–11:30am and 2:00pm–6:30pm
Tuesday: 2:00pm–7:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–6:30pm
Thursday: 2:00pm–7:00pm
Friday: 6:00am–12:30pm
No weekends.
During the initial onboarding period, additional training time will be scheduled on Tuesdays prior to patient shifts as part of role integration.
This is not a 9–5 position. Applicants must be available for all scheduled shifts, reside within 15–20 minutes of the clinic, and have reliable transportation due to split shifts.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Salaried position: $33,500–$36,500 annually (based on experience)
