Job OverviewHealthy7 is a wellness-focused meal and women’s health company serving mothers, women, and families across the GTA. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Care & Operations Coordinator to support our daily office administration, customer communication, and central kitchen operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong multitasking abilities, and is passionate about customer care and wellness-focused services.
This is a long-term position combining:
- Customer service
- Office administration
- Order coordination
- Kitchen operations support
This position is not suitable for temporary job seekers or office-only candidates.
Position Details- Part-Time Permanent
- Monday to Saturday
- 5–6 days per week
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Scheduled between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Some weekend events and operational support may be required
Compensation- $18–20/hour
- Paid training/trial shifts available
- Staff meals included
Duties & Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat, email, and text messages
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and order confirmations
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document organization
- Use Excel and Word for daily operational support
- Learn and use accounting software for invoicing, payments, and receipts
- Assist with kitchen order packing, labeling, shipping coordination, and quality checks
- Monitor inventory and assist with supply ordering
- Support workshops, events, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal team members
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
Qualifications & Skills- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, patient, and customer-service focused
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills required
- Must be able to read and communicate in Chinese
Preferred ExperienceExperience in the following environments is considered an asset:

- Customer Care / Client Relations
Experience supporting female clients, wellness businesses, healthcare environments, or clinic reception is highly preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
