Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead and oversee regional client service and business development operations across Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Pembroke and Kingston).
The successful candidate will lead corporate client relationship strategies, manage regional sales and account management operations, supervise client services personnel, and support organizational growth initiatives in the construction services sector.
This leadership role focuses on strategic planning, operational management, staff supervision, contract negotiations, revenue development, and oversight of corporate client service delivery across commercial, institutional, and multi-residential markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee regional client services, account management, and business development operations throughout Eastern Ontario.
- Supervise, train, coordinate, and evaluate account managers, sales representatives, and client service personnel.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies, client retention initiatives, and revenue growth plans.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts, service agreements, and long-term corporate partnerships.
- Establish operational objectives, performance standards, and service delivery procedures for client services operations.
- Manage strategic relationships with developers, property managers, commercial organizations, and institutional clients.
- Monitor departmental performance, sales activity, account retention metrics, and regional business development targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, operations, and technical teams to support organizational planning and operational improvements.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and regional business development functions throughout Ottawa, Kingston, and surrounding regions
Qualifications- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in client services management, corporate sales management, or business development management.
- Experience supervising sales, account management, or client service teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction services, facilities management, property services, or related B2B industries.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, contract negotiation, and operational management experience.
- Experience managing corporate accounts, departmental operations, and regional business development initiatives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting platforms, and performance management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly throughout Eastern Ontario
