Casual / On-Call Position

Guaranteed Saturday Shift + Additional Shifts as Needed

Harmony Aesthetics is a growing boutique medical aesthetics clinic in Winnipeg, known for personalized service, professionalism, and high standards of client care. We are currently seeking a Clinic Support Assistant to help support daily operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in the aesthetics industry who is early in their journey — for example, considering esthetics school or just beginning training.

About the Role

This is a hands-on support position focused on front desk service, client experience, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries
• Welcome clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
• Book and confirm appointments
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between clients
• Laundry, cleaning, and general clinic upkeep
• Support staff with day-to-day operational needs

Schedule

• Guaranteed one shift per week (Saturdays)
• Additional casual/on-call shifts are likely to become available during busy periods, vacations, and growth phases

Growth Opportunity

We are a small business with momentum. While this role is primarily a support position, there may be future opportunities to grow into a larger role such as Associate Aesthetician / Apprentice if business needs continue to expand. This is not guaranteed, but there is room for the right person to grow with us.

Compensation

Starting wage of $16.50/hour, increasing to $17.00/hour upon successful completion of probationary period and training.
