As a Co op Student, you will support the department with records management, document control, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and file engineering records, both digital and physical, and support the development of filing procedures where needed.
- Perform quality control checks on both hard copy and digital files.
- Apply naming conventions, metadata, and filing standards to support document retrieval and compliance.
- Support centralized, cloud based document management and filing structures.
- Support document rationalization and organization activities, including version verification, duplicate identification, and alignment to filing standards.
- Assist with tools used for project, document, resource assignment and records tracking.
- Support workflow automation for document routing, approvals, notifications, and updates.
- Support reporting and tracking related to engineering records and project documentation.
- Draft and update process flowcharts, workflows, and procedural documentation.
- Assist with documentation, user guides, and training materials for records and process workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate document management
