We’re looking for a results-driven Cold Email Specialist to generate qualified leads and book appointments with Canada and US-based businesses. You’ll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns, optimizing messaging, and managing outreach systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Send 200–300 cold emails/day using tools like Instantly.ai
- Manage multiple email accounts and campaigns
- Ensure proper email warm-up and deliverability
- Work in MST time Zone (Canada)
Lead Generation- Build and verify prospect lists (Apollo, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Target specific niches (dentists, contractors, etc.)
- Maintain clean and accurate data
Campaign Optimization- A/B test subject lines and email copy
- Track open rates, reply rates, and conversions
- Improve messaging based on performance
Basic Follow-ups- Respond to replies
- Qualify leads
- Book appointments on calendar
KPIs (VERY IMPORTANT)- Emails sent per day: 200–300
- Reply rate: 3–8%
- Positive reply rate: 1–3%
- Meetings booked: 5–15/month
REQUIREMENTS1–3 years experience in cold email / lead generation
Strong written English (VERY important)
Experience with:
- Instantly / Smartlead / similar tools
- Google Sheets / CRM
Understanding of US market (preferred)
Organized + detail-oriented
BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT GREAT)- Experience in digital marketing / agencies
- LinkedIn outreach experience
- Basic copywriting skills
