We are looking for an experienced Collision Center Manager for our Donvito Collision & Glass. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
The Position:- The main role of the Manager is to manage and oversee the proper operation of a location.
- Seek to meet or exceed revenue targets for the shop
- Maintain customer satisfaction index at or above company expectations
- Implement and follow-up on Standard Operating Procedures
- Control and approve all expenditures.
- Take final accountability for quality of delivered repair
- Provide, facilitate and track all employee training programs
- Review and submit Payroll hours and reports
- Develop new and maintain current insurance relationships.
- Communicate shop performance goals and results to shop personnel
- Maintain work in process levels that are consistent with the capacity of the shop
- Enforce all policies as described in the employee handbook
- Create a positive, team-oriented environment and resolve any disagreements in a timely and fair manner
- Coordinate recruiting, selection, hiring, training and retention of qualified applicants
- Oversee disciplinary/corrective procedures consistent with employee handbook
- Staff the shop to assure appropriate balance of overhead and shop revenue
- Possess flexibility to adopt new techniques or procedures that are found to increase the overall efficiency of the shop
- Maintain communication with Upper Management regarding any significant shop issues
- Maintain compliance with all government regulations to include EPA, OSHA, MPI, etc.
- Maintain accurate safety-related training records for all employees.
- Comply with safety and health procedures and requirements including: earplugs, eye-protection, safety shoes etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Complete required training and certification as directed by the company.
