Duties- Source and develop new business in commercial financing
- Work with business owners across industries such as trucking, construction, and equipment
- Structure financing solutions based on client needs
- Manage deals from application through to funding
- Build long-term relationships and referral networks
Requirements- Prior experience or background in financial services is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze numerical data accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
