Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Locksmith Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on growing our commercial locksmith business by building strong relationships with strata managers, property managers, commercial clients, contractors, and other business accounts. The ideal candidate will be confident in B2B sales, proactive in generating new business, and comfortable understanding client needs related to commercial locks, doors, hardware, rekeying, master key systems, and access solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both business development and relationship management in a fast-paced service industry.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial locksmith services through cold calling, networking, email outreach, site visits, and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strata management companies, property managers, commercial building owners, contractors, and other potential clients.
- Promote DAHA’s commercial locksmith services, including rekeying, master key systems, lock changes, door hardware repairs, panic bars, closers, access control solutions, and emergency locksmith services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and service recommendations based on client needs.
- Manage existing accounts to maintain client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct site visits when needed to better understand customer requirements and recommend suitable locksmith and security solutions.
- Track leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the commercial and strata sectors.
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth handoff of new jobs and strong client experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, activity goals, and revenue objectives.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions.
Qualifications- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or outside sales.
- Experience in commercial locksmith services, door hardware, access control, building security, or a related industryis strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently with decision-makers and property professionals.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend practical service solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, field visits, and account development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, quoting processes, and sales reporting is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for client visits, if required.
Preferred Background- Existing relationships with strata managers, commercial property managers, restoration companies, or contractors are a strong asset.
- Knowledge of commercial door hardware, lock systems, rekeying, master keying, panic hardware, and access control is highly desirable.

Pay:$35,722.63-$73,500.00 per year
