Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Perform daily service calls as assigned
- Accurately complete and document all necessary paperwork
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, tools, equipment, and materials
- Demonstrate reliability and responsibility to both the team and clients
Requirements:- Extensive mechanical and electrical diagnostic/repair expertise in the door industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Safety certifications (company-required training will be provided)
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, and committed to exceptional customer service
- Valid Drivers Licence
