High-Ticket Sales Closer – Basement Renovations (Commission Only)

We’re looking for a hungry, experienced closer to handle warm leads and close high-value basement renovation projects ($40K–$120K).

This is NOT a beginner role. If you don’t know how to control a call, handle objections, and close — this isn’t for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Calling warm leads who already received a quote
• Following up, handling objections, and closing deals
• Running phone/video consultations (no door knocking)
• Working directly with the owner to maximize conversions

What we provide:

Compensation:

• Commission only (high-ticket)
• Earn $2,000 – $10,000+ per deal
• Unlimited earning potential

Requirements:

• Proven sales/closing experience (high-ticket preferred)
• Strong communication & objection handling
• Confident on phone + Zoom
• Self-driven, disciplined, and competitive
