Role OverviewIndependent Contractor. Company Director, Private Office. Direct reporting to Owner.
This role controls execution across multiple businesses. Authority includes finance oversight, operational control, and project delivery. The function is not advisory. It is execution driven.
MandateOperate as the Owner’s extension. Enforce structure. Make decisions. Close issues. Drive results across all active businesses and projects.
Scope of Work- Direct oversight of multiple business units ensuring alignment with Owner directives
- Financial control including budgeting, cash flow tracking, and reporting across entities
- Lead financing activity including lender coordination, deal structuring, and execution
- Execute launch of a boarding residence within a historic property including compliance, setup, and operations
- Oversee yoga and fitness business operations including management accountability, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Attend and lead meetings with landlords, partners, and stakeholders including lease negotiations and disputes
- Manage personal and corporate budgeting with strict controls
- Implement systems, enforce processes, eliminate inefficiencies
- Resolve operational issues immediately without escalation delays
Profile- Decisive operator with strong execution bias
- High trust individual capable of handling sensitive financial and business matters
- Strong accounting and financial literacy
- Experience in financing, lending, or structured transactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple businesses simultaneously
- Direct communicator with strong negotiation capability

Experience- Proven management experience in a senior leadership role within financial services or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing complex business initiatives.
- Strong background in negotiation, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Extensive experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of operations management principles combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation$60,000 annually, paid as an independent contractor via invoicing, plus performance based bonuses tied to execution and outcomes
