Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction. The Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance while fostering effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam to plan, monitor, and report project progress.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets using construction estimating techniques.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines through effective time management strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality standards, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and communications for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of the construction process.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices and cost control measures.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and heavy civil projects is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering are advantageous but not mandatory.
