Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Duties- Develop and review project plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as "Billdr" for estimating, cost tracking, and invoicing.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets; monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Manage project schedules using effective time management techniques to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the construction process.
Requirements- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not required.
