Responsibilities:- Assisting clients with various personal care activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Assist clients with meals.
- Provide respite for families and caregivers.
- Transfer/position with mechanical lift.
- Documentation (e.g., reporting client concerns, progress notes, incident reports).
Core Requirements:- Provincial Continuing Care Assistant Certification
- Must have current CPR & First Aid, WHMIS, and Food Handlers.
- Must have a current Criminal Records Check.
- Must have a Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle on a daily basis.
- Persons with related education and/or work experience and are enrolled in or are eligible to be enrolled in CCA RPL Program; students in nursing; and CCA programs may apply.
