We are looking for a Contract Sales Representative to support business development efforts by identifying and securing new clients for our technology services. This role focuses on generating leads and closing opportunities across web design, Microsoft 365 training, computer troubleshooting, and Power Platform solutions.
Scope of ServicesThe Contract Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging potential clients (businesses and individuals)
- Promoting the following services:
- Web Design and Development
- Microsoft 365 Training and Adoption
- Computer Troubleshooting and IT Support
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Conducting outreach (cold calls, emails, networking, referrals)
- Scheduling and coordinating introductory meetings or demos
- Understanding client needs and positioning appropriate services
- Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and tracking progress
- Supporting proposal development and follow-ups to close deals
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Present services clearly and professionally to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure accurate scoping of services
- Meet agreed sales targets or activity metrics
Compensation Structure- Commission-based (percentage of each closed deal), or
- Hybrid model (base + commission), depending on agreement
- Commission details to be defined in the agreement (e.g., % per service type or deal size).
Term and Engagement- This is a contract (independent contractor) role, not an employee position
- Flexible working hours based on agreed targets and deliverables

Requirements- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Basic understanding of technology services (preferred but not required)
