Job description:We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our golf clubhouse kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced but organized environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, teamwork, and delivering great food to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner service efficiently
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow food safety and safe handling procedures
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving orders
- Communicate with front-of-house staff and kitchen team during service
- Help with daily cleaning and closing duties
- Support special events, tournaments, and clubhouse functions as needed
Qualifications- Previous cooking or line cook experience preferred
- Experience with breakfast, pub fare, and casual dining an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food safety certification is a requirement
