Duties- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Coordinate meal preparation schedules to meet service times
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Train new staff on food safety, preparation techniques, and service protocols
- Uphold restaurant and food industry regulations at all times
Skills- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and workflow management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination
