Rosberg Sawatzky LLP is a small well-established firm located in Langley. Our lawyers have served clients in Langley and the Lower Mainland for the past 40 years. Our lawyers are experienced in corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation , wills and estates, estate litigation, real estate transactions, subdivisions and land development, construction litigation, liens, matrimonial law, and more.
We have a full time position available for a Corporate Records Assistant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Preparing and maintaining corporate records
- Drafting standard letters and documents using software ( Word and ALF)
- Assisting with the incorporations of new companies
- Preparing invoices
- Preparing and filing documents with the BC Corporate Registry
- Fulfilling requests from lawyers, staff and clients including copies of documents from records books
Knowledge and experience:- Experience as a corporate legal assistant of 2 years is preferred
- Knowledge of ALF computer software for corporate records
- Computer skills and typing skills including MS Office and ALF
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with billing/invoicing processes in a law firm environment is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
