Position SummaryThe Creative & Brand Designer will be responsible for developing and executing visually strong, brand-aligned creative assets across a range of platforms and formats. This includes product labels, packaging concepts, product images, social media posts, print materials, branding assets, and merchandising visuals.
The ideal candidate has both creative vision and technical execution skills, with the ability to produce professional, market-ready work that supports sales, branding, and product growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Design- Develop high-quality visual assets that align with the Amrit Foods brand
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across products, packaging, print, digital, and social media
- Contribute to the overall look, feel, and presentation of the brand across customer-facing materials
- Translate business and marketing goals into effective creative solutions
Packaging, Labels & Product Design- Design and update product labels, pouches, packaging layouts, and related artwork
- Prepare print-ready production files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure packaging and label designs are visually strong, brand-consistent, and suitable for production
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to revise and finalize packaging and label files as required
- Support new product launches with packaging concepts and related creative assets
Marketing & Social Media Design- Create polished visual content for social media posts, promotions, campaigns, and advertisements
- Design flyers, brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, sales sheets, and other marketing materials
- Produce creative assets for both digital and print use
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
Product Imagery & Visual Content- Create, edit, enhance, and prepare product images for marketing, packaging, catalogues, social media, and e-commerce use
- Support visual content creation for new and existing products
- Ensure product presentation is clean, attractive, and commercially effective
Merchandising & Sales Support Materials- Design merchandising materials including retail visuals, trade show materials, promotional displays, and branded sales tools
- Assist in developing visually compelling materials that support retail presentation and sales efforts
- Help improve how products and brand assets are presented to customers and buyers
General Creative Support- Work closely with management and other team members to execute creative projects efficiently
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines at the same time
- Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback
- Support other creative, design, and branding tasks as required
Flexibility RequirementAs Amrit Foods operates with a small and collaborative team, this role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist in various creative and branding-related capacities as required by the business. While the role has core responsibilities in design, packaging, branding, and marketing materials, the successful candidate will be expected to adapt to changing priorities and support broader creative needs when required.
Qualifications- Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design, or a similar creative role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level visual design work across branding, packaging, marketing, and digital content
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with packaging or label artwork
- Ability to create polished, professional, and commercially effective visuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback well
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
