We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Operations Associate to join our team, focusing on supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Support the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and customer presentations
Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to produce high-quality, timely submissions - Customer Delivery & Coordination
Support onboarding and coordination of customer engagements, including scheduling and logistics
Act as a central point of contact for documentation, milestones, and meeting coordination - Customer Success & Reporting
Assist with preparation of customer reports, presentations, and deliverables (including assessment outputs and scorecards)
Help track customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience - Operations & Special Projects
Support development of internal documentation, training materials, and repeatable processes
Take on a variety of ad hoc tasks to support a growing and evolving team
Qualifications & Experience:- 3–5 years of experience in an operations, customer-facing, or business support role
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company, ideally in a start-up or early stage company environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with demonstrated project management capability (e.g., tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency with standard business tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, ClickUp)
- Exposure to compliance, governance, or risk frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, AI governance, data privacy)
- Experience in AI, data, and emerging technologies
- Experience improving or documenting internal processes and workflows
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) beyond basic usage (e.g., reporting, pipeline hygiene)
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:- Ottawa, ON K1S 1J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
