This role will primarily focus on client outreach, answering inquiries, supporting account submission, and data entry, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities over time.
Job Description:As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, answer questions, and assist them in submitting new accounts. You will play a key role in helping to expand our customer base by delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
Over time, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and take on additional duties, including but not limited to customer support management, accounts receivables and potential supervisory roles. Key Responsibilities:- Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to existing clients to discuss services, answer questions, and assist with existing or potential accounts.
- Inquiries: Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and account details.
- Account Setup: Assist clients with the process of submitting new accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and requirements are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Phone Support: Answer inbound customer calls, providing assistance and resolving any issues or inquiries.
- Data Entry: Review, assess and input client submissions daily, ensuring accuracy and following up with clients as needed.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to adapt and grow with the role as responsibilities expand over time.
