We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Customer Service and Finance functions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels at managing day-to-day financial operations while delivering excellent customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with invoicing and bookkeeping, and ensuring timely, professional communication with customers. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth financial processes and fostering positive customer relationships.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:Customer Service- Answering phones and responding to requests and inquiries as well as routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Answering customer questions, inquiries and requests about products, prices, and availability.
- Verifies customer information is correct and up to date.
- Notifies shipping department of customer pickups.
- Responding to customers’ emails.
- Entering/ approving sales orders.
- Reviewing sales orders for accuracy and completion.
- Preparing invoices.
- Providing general administrative support.
Accounting & Finance- Handle daily bookkeeping as assigned by the Controller.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile and enter credit card transactions.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ combined experience in Customer Service and/or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license required.
