In the role of Data Entry you will:- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Organize and file digital and paper records as needed
- Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
- Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
In the role of Customer Service Representative you will:- Handle inbound/outbound customer, vendor calls
- log all calls into database
- Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements/ SKILLS- Bilingual (English / French ) an asset
- Previous office, clerical or data entry experience is an asset
- Previous call center experience is an asset
- basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- good typing and keyboarding skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
