Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support. Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi/Urdu is highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities- Greet customers and clients promptly and professionally at the service desk
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account information
- Support business development efforts through outbound outreach and follow-up
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities with clients
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and updates using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Provide technical support or product information as needed for technology or technical sales inquiries
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and improve service strategies
- Communicate effectively in both English and Urdu to serve a diverse clientele
Qualifications- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and market trends
- Knowledge of outside sales strategies and business development techniques
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
- Bilingual proficiency in Urdu is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
