We are a distributor of wood products located in Concord, Ontario.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Processing orders, Processing invoices, Sending invoices to our clients, generating account statements and sending them to our clients.
- Accounts Payables/Receivables - issuing invoices and collecting payments, entering bills, processing payments, etc.
- Communicating with customers over the phone, and in person, answering inquiries and providing information about our products.
- Preparing samples of our products, labeling samples, shipping samples, etc.
- Coordinating deliveries between our operations team and our clients.
- Handling paperwork.
- Other tasks as well.
This position requires excellent communication skills as our customer service team is in constant communication with our customers, operations team, and with our sales team.
This positions if for full time. Hours are 9:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
