All-West Glass is a well-established, family-oriented company with over 55 years of dedicated service to northern communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This unique opportunity to be a part of a leading full-service glass business in Whitehorse.

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills, punctuality, and strong organizational and time management abilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to quality, works well with others, and can effectively de-escalate confrontations. Candidates should also be in good physical condition, as moderate lifting is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, organize and track daily operations in conjunction with management.
• Maximize sales and customer support by providing prompt and courteous service to customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Ensure sales leads are handled to meet high customer service standards or are transferred to another representative as needed. Maintain accuracy in sales transactions and cash balancing. Prepare customer billings and process payments.
• Perform opening/closing balancing cash procedures including paper flow in an accurate and timely manner. Key holder responsibilities may be required.
• Assist with the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of products.
• Conduct inventory checks and provide sales and inspection reports to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, personal workspace, and exterior locations, ensuring compliance with AWG’s safety and operational standards.
• Perform rock chip repairs and assist automotive glass technicians and installers with basic tasks on job sites.

Job Requirements:

• One (1) year of relevant experience
• Moderate knowledge of glass industry products
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• CSA-approved work shoes
• Valid drivers license and driver’s abstract
• Ability to work eight (8) hour shifts on weekdays, with overtime as required.
