This position will allow you to work as both a Cashier/Customer Service Rep.

Our Customer Service Representatives must be professional in both communication and appearance. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Communicating politely and professionally with customers
• Accepting payments through our Point of Sale system
• Answering customer phone calls
• Manage customer bookings
• Maintaining cleanliness of the customer lounge area

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record and modify customer information within the database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
