This is a full-time position for an experienced Client Services Representative.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Work experience as a receptionist or front desk staff strongly desirable
• Expected to be technically proficient - able to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and client communications through our veterinary software
• Coordinate with our veterinary team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Strong communication skills - expected to greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed
• Preferable to have pre-existing knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
• Honours the confidentiality of patient and client information
• A compassionate nature with the ability to empathize and interact effectively with clients and their pets

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
