In this position you would be responsible to provide full-time Customer Service and Administrative support for our Lloydminster Location .

In this role your Daily Responsibilities will include:- Data Entry in AS400, CLI systems;
- Communication and coordination with customers and driving staff;
- Working in a variety of different computer programs;
- Answering phones, logging incoming calls for pick up, perform general office duties,
- Answer inquiries, confirmation of CSR emails, phone calls and provide information to customers;
- Provide dispatch administrative support, communications to customers and company drivers as required
- Field customer complaints, identify the issues and work to resolve customer issues.
- Other administrative duties to support efficient services for customers and terminal operations as directed.
The successful candidate will have:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Transportation and logistics/ dispatch and customer service administration experience.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn new computer programs, software and procedures quickly
