We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Pearson Airport Location. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers, and you must ensure we consistently exceed customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service. You are the ambassador for the company as well as for the venue.
What Would You Be Doing?- Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using a variety of payment methods
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
- Validate all defective ticket outputs before allowing customers to exit the premises
- Keep the customer service booth tidy and organized throughout your shift
- Respond promptly to customer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Other duties as assigned
What Are the Working Conditions?- Hourly Salary: $17.89
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and other shifts as required
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting may be required
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
What Are We Looking For?- Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
- Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
