Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service and support. You will interact with customers both in person and over the phone/email, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. This position also involves handling financial transactions, so comfort with money and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone/email.
• Provide information about our products/services and answer customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain cash registers.
• Learn and effectively use our proprietary management and pricing software.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell products/services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various customer interactions simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our proprietary software.
• Comfortable handling money and maintaining financial records.
